Key Recruitment – our new Head of Finance

As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to introduce you to our new Head of Finance, Jasmine Carew. In this role, Jasmin will oversee the financial activities of Redeploy while forecasting financial results, managing budgets, conducting risk management, and performing data analysis centered around our existing and future profitability.

While most people only associate Redeploy with our expertise in Microsoft Azure, we are a limited company with monetary responsibilities and fiscal policies that we need to follow. As we remain ambitious with our growth plans, it is important that we balance the finances when we develop new services and open new locations. As Redeploy set out to fill this role, the conditions for the perfect candidate were clear – it needed to be someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, a curious personality, and a unique skill set. Jasmine checked all the boxes.

Jasmine is well educated, with multiple relevant bachelor's degrees and a master's degree from Stockholm University in Operations management and control. With 12+ years of experience in the field, most recently at H&M and Peptonic, Jasmine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role as the Head of Finance.
